The United Methodist Church 178th Annual Conference Session

We are happy to be chosen once again as the premier mobility equipment provider at this year's California-Nevada Annual Conference Session taking place at the SAFE Convention Center from June 26th - 29th. 

To make things even easier this year, we have created a custom booking site so guests can quickly and easily guarantee their mobility scooter rental. 

1. Choose which member you are below

   * There are two scooter options to choose from: Light duty (weight capacity 300 lbs.) and Heavy Duty (weight capacity 400 lbs.) The cost is the same. Both options are four-wheel scooters.

   *Light Duty is recommended for riders under 5'10"  and 260 lbs. (Pride Elite Traveller or similar model)

   *Heavy Duty is recommended for riders over 5'11" tall and/or 260 lbs. (Pride REVO, Victory or similar model)

3. Pack your bags

We will have the scooters ready and waiting for you when you arrive at the convention center. You are welcome to take the scooters back to your hotel room or leave it at the convention center overnight. Just remember to charge it overnight so it is ready for a full day of scooting.

When you are finished with the rental, simply return it back to same location inside the convention center.
