· Location: Rosemont – 9940 Business Park drive STE 180

· Job Type: Side hustle/ Part-time/full-time

· Salary: $22/hour + weekly bonuses

· Schedule: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE – Preferred shifts are Weekdays 12-5 pm/Sat. or Sun.10-2pm

· Assist customers in selecting the right mobility scooter for their needs

· Provide detailed product information and demonstrations

· Complete sales transactions and handle payment processing

· Design customer swag and uniforms

· Design brochures, marketing materials

· Experience with CANVAS a plus

· Post and engage with customers on GMB, Yelp, BING, Social Media 

· Assist in creating customer loyalty and referral programs

· Respond to calls/emails/messages

· Monitor and Request reviews

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom

· Support inventory management and restocking

· Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

· Other duties as assigned

· Lift up to 65 lbs occasionally

· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Valid driver’s license (if deliveries or off-site service is required)
